What we collect
When you submit the estimate form on this site we collect the name, phone number, email address, project address, service selection, and project description you enter. We also record the campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) present in the page URL, so we know which advertisement or link brought you here, along with the time of submission.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, and carry out work you ask us to do. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Who processes it
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions are sent from our server to a lead-handling system operated by Two Dot Media, the agency that builds and maintains this site for Cooper Asphalt, so the request reaches us reliably. Those providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Spam protection
This site is protected by reCAPTCHA v3 and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information from your browser and sends it to Google to score whether the submission is automated. It runs only on this page and only when you submit the form.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Your browser may store campaign parameters for the length of your visit so they can accompany a form submission. Cloudflare may set a security cookie to protect the site from abuse.
Retention
We keep estimate requests for as long as we need them to quote, perform, warranty, and account for the work. Ask us and we will delete yours.
Your choices

Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
